Based on local birth time
Birth times are interpreted in the local time zone of the birthplace and are not converted to Korea Standard Time. For lunar-calandar dates, the system first converts the date to the solar calendar using a library based on Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute(KASI) conversion data, then calculate the Four Pillars using solar-term boundaries.
